Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, ICBEARS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
• Other circumstances outside of our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or offer a replacement.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. 

We'll work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
